production method
typical process-single kettle batch method adds fatty alcohol to the reaction kettle, adds 50% sodium hydroxide as catalyst under stirring, and heats to 100 ℃. After dewatering under reduced pressure to anhydrous distillation, nitrogen is used to drive out the air in the kettle, and then vacuum is pumped. Add the calculated amount of ethylene oxide, melon 2 at 130~180 ℃,0.15~0.20 MPa until the pressure in the kettle does not drop. After cooling, the reactants are pressed into the bleach kettle. First, it is neutralized with glacial acetic acid to a pH value of 5~6, and then bleached with 1% hydrogen peroxide at 70~90 ℃ for 0.5 h. Cooling and discharging is the product.
